Here are some of our most Frequently Asked Questions:

Do you service Macintosh computers?

This is sometimes a tough question to answer. Many newer Apple computers run both Mac OS and Windows. If the machine itself is a Apple, but you run Windows on it, yes, we can help. However, if you are running only Macintosh OS, or an older "Mac", we unfortunately cannot help.

Do you offer same-day service?

We typically offer next-day service in most cases. Same-day Emergency service is available for an additional fee and based on technician availability and scheduling.

Do you offer weekend and holiday service?

We are closed on the Weekends, but Emergency service is available regardless for an additional fee based on technician availability and scheduling. We offer Saturday appointments from 2PM to 6PM at no charge under normal scheduling hours during the week. We are also unavailable on certain Holidays - please click here to see our Holiday availability.

When are appointments available?

We offer normal appointments from 9AM to 7PM on weekdays, and on Saturdays from 2PM to 6PM. After-hours and Emergency appointments are available for an additional fee depending on technician availability and scheduling.

Are any discounts available?

YES! We offer special discounts depending on different factors. Discounts do not apply for Emergency and after-hours calls. Discounts and/or coupons may not be combined. YELP! discounts also do not apply to Emergency and after-hours calls.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash & Personal Check, plus for your convenience - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3.75% processing fee.

Can you help with PDA's, Smartphones, Tablets?

We can assist with Android and iPhone to an extent.

Do you offer computers for sale?

YES! We offer custom configured new computers, and great deals on pre-owned computers as well.

Do you offer Laptop hinge, keyboard or screen repair?

At this time, we do not offer this service directly, but we have an excellent partner who specializes in this service. By using CFCS, we are you single point of contact for getting your computer fixed - completely!

What is your "Remote Repair" service?

Basically, we use our special secure software to connect over the Internet to your computer and control it. It's just like we are sitting in front of it, but are doing it at our office.
